The T.P.A. Claims Center provides the Insured with guidance and information, verifies his eligibility to the Healthcare services and makes the decision, as whether to grant or not to grant the approval of coverage for a requested Healthcare Service. To that effect, the T.P.A. Claims Center provides the approval of coverage defined hereinafter under Authorization Form, to the selected Healthcare Provider, follows up the Insured’s hospital stay and facilitates his discharge.
