Your child/children,____________________________ , are enrolled in the _______________________________ at Kids Under Construction Preschool. The monthly tuition for this program is $__________. Tuition is due by the 10th of every month beginning in September. Subsequent payments are due by the 10th from October to May. Payment submitted after the 10th will be subject to a $25 late fee. All payments should be in the form of cash or check and may be mailed or dropped off at the school.
