This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of conducting a series of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) National Campaign (NC) activities (hereinafter referred to as "National Campaign" or "NC") that are designed to facilitate and advance testing and demonstration of AAM operations. The Parties expect the results of these activities will promote public confidence in AAM safety and facilitate community-wide learning while capturing the public's imagination. Specifics on the NC activities are outlined in Annexes to which they apply.

This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of conducting a series of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) National Campaign (NC) activities (hereinafter referred to as "National Campaign" or "NC") that are designed to facilitate and advance testing and development of AAM aircraft as well as facilitate and improve the management of air traffic in a AAM setting. The Parties expect the results of these activities will promote public confidence in AAM safety and facilitate community-wide learning while capturing the public's imagination.
