The previous collective labour agreement for Professional Football Contract Players in the Netherlands had a term from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023. The Social Partners – FBO (Federation of Professional Football Organisations) on the one hand, and ProProf and VVCS (Association of Contract Players) on the other – have already entered into consultations regarding its extension at an early stage. This has resulted in the agreement in principle of 21 October 2022, and the outcome is laid down in the present Collective Labour Agreement for Professional Football Contract Players in the Netherlands 2023 -2027.
