This Border Region Talent Pipeline Collaborative Participation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”), dated February 7, 2024 is entered into between the Foundation for Grossmont and Cuyamaca Colleges (hereinafter referred to as “Fiscal Agent”) and Southwestern Community College District (hereinafter referred to as “Subawardee”), collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
