This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and Windstream of the Midwest, Inc. (fka ALLTEL Communications of the Midwest, Inc.) (“CLEC”). Qwest and CLEC shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
