THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 2nd day of February, 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF SAN GABRIEL, a municipal corporation (“City”), and FIRST TRANSIT, INC, a Delaware corporation (“Contractor”).
