The Chugach School District and School Board, hereafter referred to as District or Board, recognizes the Prince William Sound Teachers’ Association, hereafter referred to as the Association, as the exclusive bargaining representative for all certified employees of the District except administrative personnel groups who opt to negotiate separately. The Board has the right to require certification that the Association represents the majority of teachers.
