This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the City of Austin, a Texas home-rule and municipal corporation (“City”) and the City of Sunset Valley, a Texas municipality that is located in Travis County (“Sunset Valley”). The City and Sunset Valley may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
