This Interlocal Agreement entered into by and among the Board of Commissioners of Hamilton County, and the Hamilton County Council, acting on behalf of the Hamilton County, Indiana (the “County”); the Hamilton County Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”); and the Common Council (the “Common Council”) and the Board of Public Works and Safety on behalf of the City of Westfield, Indiana (the “City”).
