CONTEST AGREEMENT Agreement of Terms and Conditions. The following is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“Entrant”) and Karmicheal Holdings, LLC located at 33 Main Street, Hudson, MA 01749 (“KMH”, “We”, “Us”) which governs this Contest as defined herein and related property, advertisements, forms, events, prizes, communications, rules, and all other terms related to the Contest. By submitting an entry for consideration (“Entry”) in the Contest, the Entrant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
