An Agreement between the City of Haslet, Texas (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and CalAtlantic Homes of Texas, Inc, and Taylor Morrison of Texas, Inc., as owners (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Owner”), of the CARAWAY PHASE TWO ADDITION, an approximate 101 acre residential use addition to the City of Haslet, Tarrant County, Texas, hereinafter referred to as the “Addition”, for the installation of certain public facilities and improvements located therein, and to provide city services thereto.
