This Partner Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between Turn it Blue Digital, LLC (“Turn It Blue”, “TIB”, “We” or “Us”) and you, our partner, (“You”), even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by You and Turn It Blue. You acknowledge that this Agreement governs your participation in the Turn It Blue Partner Program as further described herein (the “Program”).
