The Solano County Office of Education hereby acknowledges that the Public Employees Union, Local 1 is the exclusive bargaining representative for all classified employees holding those positions described in Appendix A. Expansion of the bargaining unit shall be by mutual agreement of the Solano County Office of Education and AFSCME/PEU LOCAL 1, subject to the rules of Public Employees Relations Board.
