This Limited Partnership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of the 15TH day of June, 2020, by and between Tyler-Valley Metro Housing, LLC, a California limited liability corporation, as General Partner, and NFWSC Housing Corporation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, as the Initial Limited Partner, and those parties who shall hereafter be admitted as Additional Limited Partners (collectively, the “Partners”).
