Pursuant to the Rogers Corporation 2009 Long-Term Equity Compensation Plan (the “Plan”), Rogers Corporation (the “Company”) hereby grants to _________________ (the “Optionee”), a non-qualified stock option (this “Stock Option”) to purchase a maximum of ___________ shares of (capital) common stock of the Company (the “Capital Stock”) at the price of $_________ per share, subject to the terms of this agreement (this “Agreement”).
