This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of September 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), between Comcast Phone of Rhode Island, LLC (“Comcast”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at One Comcast Center, 55th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19103 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Rhode Island (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 125 High Street - Oliver Tower, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Comcast may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
