Trade Agreement Between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Chile 2007-08-15 FREE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHILE Chapter IV Rules of Origin Article 15 Originating Goods For the purpose of this Agreement, a good shall be regarded as originating in China or in Chile when: (a) the good is wholly obtained or produced entirely in the territory of one Party, within the meaning of Article 16; (b) the good is produced entirely in the territory of one or both Parties, exclusively from materials whose origin conforms to the provisions of this Chapter; or (c) the good is produced in the territory of one or both Parties, using non-originating materials that conform to a regional value content not less than 40%, except for the goods listed in the Annex 3, which must comply with the requirements specified therein.All goods must meet the other applicable requirement
