This Sub-agreement is made and entered into as part of the general cooperative agreement which was re-signed on or about May 12, 2007 between NMSU and UACH. Both universities having worked cooperatively for a number of years in both academic and research programs/projects, and now wish to once again collaborate in the offering of a Dual Aerospace Engineering Bachelors degree program.
