Franchise is an agreement regarding the method of distributing goods or services to consumer. This business must be run according to the procedure and manner specified by the franchisor to the franchisee. Franchise contracts in Indonesia have legal provisions issued by government authorities to bring order to regulate franchise business activities. On the other hand, to protect Indonesian people who are predominantly muslim, it is necessary to study the legal clarity of the franchise business in therm of Islamic law. The focus of the problem in this research is how the franchise contract according to the perspective of multi-contract theory. Seblak Coy is one of the culinary franchise business in Indonesia wich is the object of this research, and uses multi-contract theory as the contract analysis knife.
