This Data Processing Addendum (the “DPA”) supplements the Agreement, or any other agreement between Customer and Zivver governing Customer’s use of the Zivver-service (collectively, the “Agreement”) when the GDPR applies to your use of the Zivver-Service to process any Personal Data.
