The Buyer declares himself, in accordance with Act 609/2007 on excise tax for electricity, coal and natural gas, and on amendment of Act 98/2004 Coll. on excise tax for mineral oil, as amended, to be liable for payment of tax levied on natural gas, and the Buyer simultaneously undertakes to submit to the Seller the registration certificate referred to in Section 35(5) of the aforesaid Act, issued by the competent customs authority, within ten (10) days of having signed this Agreement, although no later than ten (10) days prior to the first delivery of natural gas.
