THIS CONTRACT made this day of 2015, by and between the State of Colorado for the use and benefit of the Colorado Bridge Enterprise (CBE), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), referred to as the “State” and Garfield County Board of County Commissioners, 108 8th Street, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601, CDOT Vendor #: 2000006, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor” or the “Local Agency.” Collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
