The Board of School Trustees recognizes the Eastern Howard Classroom Teachers Association as the sole and exclusive representative as defined in Indiana Code 20-29 in the following bargaining unit. The bargaining unit shall include all full-time certificated school employees of the Eastern Howard School Corporation; including, but not limited to, all full-time teachers, counselors, middle school coordinator, department heads, team leaders, adult education teachers who teach credit courses, driver’s education teachers, speech and audio pathologist, special education and learning disability teachers. Such representation by the Association shall include all part-time teachers and all newly created bargaining unit professional positions. Excluded from Association representation shall be all supervisors as defined in Indiana Code 20-29, including the superintendent, principals, assistant principals, and Athletic director; Also included are the Director of Guidance, Director of Technology, D
