Release. In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way of the activities organized by the Bristol Pickleball Club of Rhode Island, I for myself, my heirs or assigns, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the BRISTOL PICKLEBALL CLUB OF RHODE ISLAND their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, any person assisting other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event extent permitted by law.
