The Urban Cooperation Agreement is an Agreement by and between the Superiorland Library Cooperative, a Michigan Library Cooperative, (“SLC”) and the Dickinson County Library, a County Library, the Peter White Public Library, a 1891 PA 254 library, the West Iron District Library, a district library, and the Bayliss Public Library, a city charter public library (“Libraries”).
