Pursuant to paragraph 1(b) of Article XIX of the Amended Agreement on Government Procurement, modifications to page 2/2 of Annex 1 to Appendix I concerning Hong Kong, China were notified to the Committee on Government Procurement in document GPA/MOD/HKG/8 on 27 January 2016. As no objections to the proposed modifications were received within forty-five days from the date of issue of the above-mentioned document, it is hereby certified that these modifications became effective as of 12 March 2016.
