and understand that a full refund will be provided for any portion of the season that goes unplayed due Coronavirus-‐associated factors. I understand that my son/daughter will not be released from the team during a soccer season unless it is for disciplinary reasons or failure to fulfill his/her obligations to the Club. I fully acknowledge participation, parent and player conduct, and financial obligations related to joining this club and team. A deposit in the amount of $300.00 is required at time of submission.
