THIS AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) to Professional Services Agreement is made as of the 22nd day of May, 2024, by and between the City of Camas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "the City", and GreenWorks, PC hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", in consideration of the mutual benefits, terms, and conditions hereinafter specified. The City and Consultant may hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
