These Advertising Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are entered into by and between Yelp! Inc. (“Yelp”) and the Agency identified below, and govern the terms of Agency’s participation in Yelp’s advertising program on the Yelp website (the “Site”). The Terms are effective as of the date that Agency executes these Terms (“Effective Date”).
