In our community, we already have created and operated a number of collaborative digital1 projects, products and services, such as EMRAD, the Nottinghamshire Health and Care Portal, Public Facing Digital Services (PFDS), the Pathology modernisation project and the Maternity digital project. In many cases, this has required each project to separately create an agreement to bind the relevant parties together.
