This Master Subscription and Supplier Agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Resilinc Corporation (“RESILINC”) agrees to provide its Resilinc Solution and/or Licensed Data (each as defined below, and collectively, the “Services”) to XXX, located at XXX (“Company”) and whereby Company shall provide RESILINC with certain data relating to Company’s operations. COMPANY SHOULD REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT PRIOR TO EXECUTING ANY STATEMENT OF WORK (“SOW”) WITH RESILINC. BY EXECUTING AN SOW, OR ACCESSING RESILINC’S SOLUTION BY LOGGING IN, COMPANY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREOF.
