This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement,” “Settlement,” or “Agreement) is made by and between Plaintiff Ahmed Salazar (“Plaintiff”) and Defendants Hood Packaging Corporation, TC Transcontinental U.S.A., Inc., and TC Transcontinental Packaging, Inc.
