THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by Colvita Creative LLC, a corporation of the State of Colorado whose business address is 415 Church St, B, Eagle Co 81631 (“Contractor”) and the City of Fruita, Colorado (“City”), a Home Rule municipality of the State of Colorado. The City and the Contractor may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
