This Lebanon Business Park Regional Lift Station Reimbursement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this _____ day of ____________ 2023 (the “Execution Date”) by and between the City of Lebanon Utilities, a municipally owned utility (“LU”) and the Lebanon Redevelopment Commission (“Commission”). LU and the Commission are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
