This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of October , 2013, by and between the CONSUMERS COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION OF EAU CLAIRE, Eau Claire, Wisconsin (hereinafter referred to as the Company), and UNITED FOOD AND COMMERCIAL WORKERS, LOCAL 1189, (hereinafter referred to as the Union).
