This LAND LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease Agreement”), is made and entered into as of this day of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the East Hampton Town Trustees, a body politic with offices at 267 Bluff Road, Amagansett, NY 11930, herein the “Landlord,” and Deepwater Wind South Fork LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 56 Exchange Terrace, Suite 300, Providence RI, 02903, herein the “Tenant.” Each of Landlord and Tenant is referred to herein as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
