CLEF, INC. THIS EMPLOYEE PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AND INVENTIONS ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement"), is made by and between Clef, Inc. (the “Company”), and the undersigned individual (“Employee”).
