These Software as a Service Terms and Conditions are between Grass Valley USA, LLC located at 125 Crown Point, Grass Valley, California 95945 on behalf of itself and/or any if its Affiliates (“Grass Valley” or “GV”) and the undersigned below (“Customer”). Grass Valley and Customer are each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
