<;;ouncil 8 AFSCME, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union, is to provide a fair and reasonable method of enabling employe"es covered by this Agreement to participate, through Union Representation, in the establishment of terms arid conditions of their employment and to establish a peaceful procedure for the resolution of all differences between the parties subject to the applicable laws of the United States, the State of Ohio and the City of Norwood Board of Education. The male pronoun or adjective where used herein refers to the female also, unless otherwise indicated. The term employee or employees where used herein refers to all employees in the Bargaining Unit as provided herein.
