The facility staff has been trained and is experienced in managing the different areas of HVAC and temperature controls. Because of this, they do not require a high level of support from vendors, but use Customer Support Agreements (CSA) to augment their current knowledge and protect their equipment investment and maximize utility efficiency use over the long term.
