Only mutual written exceptions will be valid. References to IFB/RFO/RFP/OE/Proposal equates to “Service Authorization” or “Contract” and “Bidder/ Offeror/Proposer/Respondent/Contractor” equates to “Vendor.” Any specification in the solicitation or subsequent contract that conflicts with these standard terms and conditions takes precedence. All references to “days” shall be calendar days unless specified otherwise.
