In this Agreement, “Bank”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to CenterState Bank of Florida, N.A., member FDIC. “Card” means MasterCard reloadable prepaid card issued to you by Bank pursuant to a license from MasterCard International Incorporated (“MasterCard”). “Card Account” means the account we maintain on your behalf to record transactions made using your Card. “Account Number” means the 10 digit number used to identify your Card Account. “Card Number” is the 16-digit number embossed on your Card. “You” and “your” refer to the owner of the Card Account or person authorized to use the Card. The Card is only offered to individuals over the age of 18 that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law, and by using the Card you represent and warrant to us
