This Third Modification of Lease Agreement (“Third Modification”) is entered into by and among The Woodlands Development Company, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, successor by merger to The Woodlands Corporation (“TWC”), and The Woodlands Township, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“TWT”), successor to The Woodlands Community Association, Inc. (“WCA”), The Woodlands Association, Inc. (“TWA”), and The Woodlands Commercial Owners Association, Inc. (“WCOA”), both of which may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
