This Solar Energy Purchase Agreement (“SEPA” or “Agreement”) is made by and between the “Seller” and the City of Gainesville, Florida, a municipal corporation d/b/a Gainesville Regional Utilities (“Buyer”) with its principal place of business at 301 SE 4th Ave, Gainesville, FL.
