This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is between KRAFTON, Inc., together with its Affiliates (“Krafton”), and PUBG Partner, acting on its own behalf and as agent for each of its Affiliates (for so long as they remain Affiliates) (“PUBG Partner”) (each a “Party,” collectively the “Parties”), supplements the PUBG Partners Code of Conduct, (the “Agreement”), and shall be effective on the date PUBG Partner joins the PUBG Partner Program (“Effective Date”).
