By downloading, installing and using the fonts (computer software containing representations of typeface designs) by Linda Hintz (hereinafter referred to as LH), you and or the entity you are downloading, installing and using the fonts for (hereinafter collectively referred to as YOU) are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement. YOU are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use the fonts in accordance with the terms of this agreement. YOU agree that all rights to the fonts and all intellectual property in them are owned by LH. YOU are not permitted to modify, adapt, convert, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or create derivative works of the fonts. YOU are not permitted to rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend, or further distribute the fonts or any copy thereof. For personal archival reasons YOU are permitted to make an
