This Sixth Amendment of Lease (“Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the 15th day of December, 2020 (“Amendment Date”), between Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas, a navigation district operating under Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution (“Authority”), and CITGO Petroleum Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Lessee”). The Authority and Lessee are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
