Maine Maritime Academy (hereinafter MMA), acting by and through the United States Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (hereinafter MARAD) will be operating the TS STATE OF MAINE (hereinafter the Vessel) for a training cruise commencing in November, 2021, to provide shipboard training to midshipmen. By signing this agreement, the midshipman agrees to comply with the orders and instructions referenced below.
