This Separation Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made by and between Latitude Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Emil Wang (“Employee”). The Company has determined that it is necessary to terminate the employment of Employee and Employee has agreed to release the Company from any claims arising from or related to his employment.
